-Food therapy continued today - I’m on a Latin kick. Argentinian yesterday and Cuban today at Café Laguardia w/ some of the ChE’s. Mmmm…the jibarito sandwich – marinated steak nestled between two slices of fried green plantain, along with tamales, fried sweet plantains, and cinnamon spiked flan. Have to have the sangria to wash it all down with of course 
